Early Fall is a Colorado-inspired landscape that mixes layered watercolor, penwork, and hand-cut paper details to bring texture and movement, and color into a warm, modern space. The blues and the golden tones pull you into the piece. Drawing inspiration from the continental divide, I created this piece after hiking the trails near Jasper lake in the Early Fall in the Colorado mountains.
